If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet-related items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Used pet beds

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

If an item is non-refundable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • There was an error on our part

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
